Agreement
By downloading or using Mobile Colab Runner (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
The App is a third-party iOS client that helps you use Google Colab-related services you already have access to through your own Google account and plan. LocalGenAI does not provide Google Colab infrastructure and does not sell Google GPU minutes.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with Google’s terms and acceptable use policies when using Colab.
- Keep your device and account secure.
- Do not misuse the App (including abuse, reverse engineering for fraud, or illegal content).
- You are responsible for code you run and files you upload.
Subscriptions and payments
Optional paid features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Intellectual property
The App, branding, and site content are owned by LocalGenAI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as permitted by Apple’s App Store rules and these Terms.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALGENAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Runtime availability, GPU type, and performance depend on Google and your network.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALGENAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR COMPUTE QUOTA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PAID TO APPLE OR GOOGLE).
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features with or without notice where permitted by law.

Changes
